1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Registration and Security

When you register an account with kck44, you make the following representations and accept the following obligations:

• Each individual may hold only one active kck44 account at any time. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit at kck44 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money balance, bonus balance, and accumulated winnings — may be forfeited at kck44's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no Terms breach is involved, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9. Intellectual Property
